Teqnigrip Socks Return/Exchange Policy:
We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. To streamline our process and offer greater peace of mind, we now offer shipping protection insurance at checkout. Please review the updated return and exchange policy below:
Return and Exchange Window
- We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
- Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or worn socks.
Shipping Protection Insurance

During checkout, customers can purchase shipping protection insurance. This protection covers:
- Free returns or exchanges within the 30-day window.
- Replacement of lost or stolen shipments during transit.
- A prepaid return shipping label for exchanges or returns.

Orders that do not include shipping protection insurance will be subject to the following:
- A $6.99 return or exchange fee.
- Lost or stolen orders will not be covered by Teqnigrip.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To facilitate the return/exchange process, kindly send us an image of the damaged product. This allows us to assess the issue and ensure a prompt resolution.
- If the item is confirmed to be damaged, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
Initiating a Return or Exchange

- For orders with shipping protection insurance – a prepaid return label will be provided.
- For orders without shipping protection insurance – a $6.99 fee will apply to receive a prepaid return label.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or send out the exchange promptly.
Lost or Missing Packages
- If shipping protection was purchased and your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
- For orders without shipping protection, Teqnigrip is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
